My name is John Todd and I am the Premises Manager at St Ursula’s E-ACT Academy in Bristol.
Having recently moved into a brand new building housing 630 pupils and 60 staff, it was left up to me to put a few things in place, one of them being PAT Testing.
After browsing the internet for companies who carry out this sort of work, AGG stood out from the rest.
After contacting them with a telephone call, I was received with a very friendly welcome and was given all of the necessary information and more.
After confirming a date for the work to start and agreeing on a very competitive price, I was assured that documents I needed from them, Insurances, DBS’s, Professional Certificates etc. would be emailed to me.
I received all that I needed very promptly. AS I was not really sure on how many items would have to be tested, this was not a problem for them.
The engineers turned up and carried out the testing in a very professional manner and was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. The work was carried out around our very busy school no disruption whatsoever and was completed far quicker than I thought.
I would highly recommend this company and will be doing business again next February.
