What appliances need to be tested?

From your IT department to your staff room, PAT testing in schools covers a variety of appliances. Computers, photocopiers, vacuum cleaners, toasters, glue guns… all need testing – and we’ll keep on top of it so you don’t have to.

If you have an appliance that has a plug intended to be connected to a wall socket or generator, it qualifies as needing to be PAT tested.

To ensure that this process is as easy as possible for you we do not ask that items are centralised, instead we seek out the items, test and put back as found. We do not need to be accompanied around site.
